Mobility ConstraintsDue to the size of the IPMI Conference and Expo, sessions are sometimes spread out and distances between sessions can be considerable. If you are a regular wheelchair user, you should bring your chair with you.
Scooter/Wheelchair RentalsThe city of Anaheim supports the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and endeavors to ensure that each facility, activity, benefit, program and service operated or funded by the City is fully accessible to, and useable by, people with disabilities in accordance with the ADA, as well as other federal, state and local access codes and disability rights laws. Please contact Scootaround for more information on rentals.
Accessible Transportation and HousingAll ADA-designated hotel rooms in the official IPMI hotel block will be specifically set aside for individuals requesting them. Please contact the hotel directly for more information on ADA-designated rooms. Make hotel reservations as early as possible as there are a limited number of accessible rooms available at each property.
Food AllergiesIPMI is diligent about handling food allergies for all IPMI events. Onsite, all food is labeled by the facility to provide attendees with potential allergens. Upon registration for IPMI meetings, please make sure to answer the question about specific allergies so that the registration system can capture your responses and specific information.
IPMI's goal is to have a varied menu to appeal to the majority of attendees' dietary needs.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information or to ask specific questions about your allergy and/or special needs.
