| November 30, 2017 | Selected speaker(s) (including co-presenters) sign and return IPI Speaker Agreement document electronically. Document provided in the Speaker Service Center (SSC). All presenters must also provide bio and professional headshot at this time. *failure to do so by deadline will be an automatically revoke your offer to speak/present. |
| January 31, 2018 | Book Hotel at IPI Contracted Hotel *hotel cutoff is May 10; however, this only guarantees rate if there is availability. We strongly encourage you to book your hotel room(s) as soon as possible. |
| February 11, 2018 | Register no later than this date to take advantage of early-bird rates plus 25% speaker discount. |
| March 1, 2018 | IPI will provide 2018 IPI Conference & Expo Speaker PowerPoint template. This template and any event branded slides must be used for all presentations. |
| April 2, 2018 | Special request for onsite AV due to IPI (including "sound"). Any request after this date will not be guaranteed. *To submit requests, access the Speaker Service Center (SSC) |

| May 9, 2018 | Register no later than this date to be eligible for the 25% speaker discount |
