IPMI has negotiated discounted rates for conference attendees at the official conference hotels listed below. This special rate is good through Thursday, May 21, 2019; however, IPMI’s contracted block may sell out prior to this date, so book your accommodations early! Your registration confirmation will also contain the direct links to secure accommodations for the 2019 IPMI Conference & Expo.
We appreciate your support in booking within the IPMI block and you will still earn your hotel loyalty points when booking through the link below. Participating hotels and individual loyalty program rules and requirements still apply and are subject to change at any time without notice.
Registration is not required prior to reserving a room, though IPMI will be cross checking the hotel list against registered attendees. Room reservations are subject to cancellation if not registered for the IPMI Conference & Expo by May 21, 2019.
As an incentive to stay in the contracted block, all IPMI participants who do will be entered into a drawing to win 50,000 Hilton Honors points or 50,000 Marriott Rewards points.

IPMI is in receipt of several reports from exhibitors regarding companies (Exhibitor Housing, Convention Housing Services, Global Housing, etc.) who have contacted exhibitors to "assist" with hotel reservations. At past shows, exhibitors and attendees have used these 3rd party companies only to find out they:
• Don’t have an actual reservation
• Lost a deposit or full payment
• Do not receive the rooms they reserved
• Arrive at sold-out hotels with no reservation
• Have no recourse for the payment of rooms

Please note: All education and exhibits are self-contained in the Anaheim Convention Center. IPMI shuttles will be provided to all off property special events including the William M. Voigt Golf CAPP Classic Tournament. The hotels are an easy walk to the Anaheim Convention Center.
