6:15 am - Meet at Henry B. González Convention Center
6:30 am - Buses depart from Henry B. González Convention Center
7:00 am - Arrive at the Quarry Golf Club- Registration/Pairings Information provided
7:45 a.m. Golfers must be at their carts
8:00 a.m. Shotgun Start (Beverage service will be available on course)
1:00 p.m. Awards Reception with luncheon
2:00 p.m. Travel back to Henry B. González Convention Center
A Must-Play San Antonio Golf Course
Location: The Quarry Golf Club, 444 E Basse Rd, San Antonio, TX 78209
This year’s tournament will be held at the Quarry Golf Club. The Quarry Golf Course was designed by Keith Foster and placed within the dramatic rock walls of the historic rock quarry in the center of San Antonio.
Transportation/Schedule
Golfers will be picked up from the Henry B. González Convention Center on Sunday, May 31, and transported by shuttle to the Quarry Golf Course. Buses will depart promptly at 6:30 a.m. Please be in the designated pickup location 15 minutes prior to departure. Following registration, breakfast and putting, golfers should be at their carts by 7:45 a.m. for a shotgun start at 8:00 a.m. Awards Ceremony/Luncheon will be held immediately following tournament play.
Team Assignments/Pairings
Teams will be organized by the Golf Classic Committee based on handicaps, although you may request team assignments on the registration form. Golfers without established handicaps should indicate their average score. Foursomes and pairing requests must accompany the registration form. Clubs must be requested and paid for in advance with your registration. Pairings request and club rental requests are not accepted after May 18, 2020.
Dress Code
We require proper golf attire (or better) at all times. This includes the driving range, putting green and Clubhouse.
• No cutoffs or gym shorts
• No tank tops
• No tee shirts or halters
• A proper golf shirt is required
• Non-denim pants are preferred
• Appropriate length of golf shorts is required
Award/Prizes

All golfers are invited to attend a special reception and award ceremony following tournament play where prizes will be awarded and a special recognition program will honor our sponsors.
As if it's not enough to enjoy the day networking with your peers, special contests like "Longest Drive", "Closest to the Pin", "Hole-In-One" and raffle drawings guarantee you'll be a winner no matter what your score on the course! In 2019, we awarded more than $2500 in prizes including an Apple Airpods, Bose Wireless Bluetooth Speaker, Garmin Approach GPS Golf Watch, Amazon Echo Spot, American Express Gift cards and a GolfBuddy Voice 2 Golf GPS/Rangefinder!!
