IPMI Parking & Mobility Conference & Expo
November 29-December 2, 2021
Tampa, Florida, USA | JW Marriott Water Street
Nov 29- Dec 2, 2021
EVENT UPDATE:
We can’t wait to greet everyone in Tampa! IPMI is carefully and thoughtfully monitoring the latest expertise and recommendations, and actively working with the JW Marriott Water Street and our vendor partners to provide a safe environment for our industry friends and our staff to gather together this November. Our IPMI Parking & Mobility Conference & Expo safety plan can be found here.
At present, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) is recommending that all people over the age of 2 wear masks during indoor gatherings and events. IPMI is carefully monitoring expert recommendations and COVID-related changes and the situation may change but for now, is enacting policies to keep all our members, staff, and friends as safe as possible while we’re all together.
Rest assured, we will make use of any safety measures, including proactive, protective recommendations, in effect when the event opens and will have physical protective gear (masks, sanitizers, etc.) available for our friends on arrival. Our host property will have everything we need for a self-contained experience should you prefer to remain onsite for your entire stay with us.
Masks will be required to attend the event—attendees, speakers, and staff. If you do not have one upon arrival, one will be provided. Vaccinations are highly recommended.
We know much about the parking & mobility industry’s premier Conference & Expo will be different this year. Our collective—and our members' individual—recovery efforts and the still-emerging “new normal” affect the entire IPMI community. Our Board, volunteers, members, and the industry as a whole have demonstrated incredible innovation, perseverance, and generosity as we’ve navigated a different looking and feeling world. All of these efforts will culminate in the return of IPMI’s in-person Conference & Expo this fall.
The in-person 2021 IPMI Parking & Mobility Conference & Expo will be dedicated to keeping our amazing community connected through exhibits, general and education sessions, Shoptalks, networking, and community-building events. The Conference & Expo will be offered only in-person; we will continue to host virtual events for our industry for those who are not able to join us in person.
Every aspect of the event will be carefully thought through and reshaped for your safety and wellness while offering a welcome opportunity to see one another and experience it all face-to-face for the first time in a long time.
Please save these dates and stay tuned. You can always access the latest information on this page.
