IPMI’s COVID-19 Safety Plan

IPMI Parking & Mobility Conference & Expo
November 29-December 2, 2021

CONFERENCE & EXPO REGISTRATION IS OPEN!

IPMI’s Safety Plan

Creating a safe, worry-free #IPMI2021 experience is our top priority.

We can’t wait to greet everyone in Tampa! IPMI is carefully and thoughtfully monitoring the latest expertise and recommendations, and actively working with the JW Marriott Water Street and our vendor partners to provide a safe environment for our industry friends and our staff to gather together this November. Our IPMI Parking & Mobility Conference & Expo safety plan can be found here. Rest assured, we will make use of any safety measures, including proactive, protective recommendations, in effect when the event opens and will have physical protective gear (masks, sanitizers, etc.) available for our friends on arrival. Our host property will have everything we need for a self-contained experience should you prefer to remain onsite for your entire stay with us.

Masks will be required to attend the event—attendees, speakers, and staff. If you do not have one upon arrival, one will be provided. Vaccinations are highly recommended.

Pre-selecting education sessions or Expo hall times will not be necessary. Sessions offer plenty of seating and distancing choices, and there’s lots of room in the Expo hall.

IPMI’s COVID-19 Safety Plan
In partnership with the JW Marriott Water Street, we’re facilitating measures that will ensure optimal health and sanitary conditions in all environments where in-person interaction take place.

Name Badges will be distributed via self-serve, scan-and-go kiosks for a no-touch check in experience.

Masks will be required to attend the event—attendees, speakers, staff, and supplier personnel. If you do not have one upon arrival, one will be provided. Vaccinations are highly recommended.

In partnership with the JW Marriott Water Street, we will provide:

  • Hand sanitizer stations positioned throughout the meeting space.
  • Responsible food and beverage options, limited meeting room occupancies & distanced seating, and enhanced cleaning protocols for meeting spaces. IPMI has built in cleaning breaks between all sessions for optimal sanitation.
  • Plexi-glass barriers at registration.
  • Expanded aisles in exhibit hall.
  • Appropriate signage to reinforce safety reminders.
