IPMI has negotiated discounted rates for conference attendees at the official conference hotels listed below. This special rate is good through May 1, 2023; however, IPMI’s contracted block may sell out prior to this date, so book your accommodations early!
All Fort Worth hotels within our block are listed below with the distance noted from the Fort Worth Convention Center. Hotels will sell out quickly. We recommend booking your hotel reservation through the IPMI Conference & Expo website as soon as you register.
All education and exhibits are self-contained in the Fort Worth Convention Center. IPMI shuttles will be provided to all off property special events including the William M. Voigt Golf CAPP Classic Tournament and the Opening Welcome Event. Shuttle service will NOT be provided from the hotels to the Convention Center. Attendees are encouraged to use Molly the Trolley, which makes stops at each hotel and the Convention Center. This service runs every 15 mins and you can view the route here.
Cancellations or modifications? Please contact Key Bookings directly to modify your reservation. We ask that you cancel your individual reservations by noon at least 72 hours (3days) prior to arrival to avoid paying a late cancel fee of one-night's room and tax.
